개인정보처리방침 (한국어)

플랜플(이하 "본 앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 아래와 같이 처리 방침을 안내합니다.

1. 한눈에 보기

본 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 기본적으로 아무 정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자가 입력한 일정, 알람, 할 일, 하루 리뷰는 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

예외는 두 가지, 모두 이용자가 직접 선택했을 때만 동작합니다.

공유 프로젝트 — 프로젝트를 공유하기로 선택한 경우에 한해, 그 프로젝트에 속한 내용만 저희 서버를 거쳐 함께 쓰는 사람에게 전달됩니다.
유료 기능 구매 — 플랜플 프로를 구매하거나 구매 복원을 누른 경우에 한해, 구매 확인을 위해 결제 확인 업체와 통신합니다.

둘 다 쓰지 않으면 본 앱은 어떤 서버와도 통신하지 않습니다. 공유를 켜지 않고 구매도 하지 않은 이용자에게는 네트워크 요청이 한 건도 발생하지 않습니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

2-1. 공유도 구매도 하지 않는 경우

수집하는 정보가 없습니다. 모든 데이터는 기기 내 로컬 데이터베이스에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자를 포함한 누구도 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

2-2. 공유 프로젝트를 사용하는 경우

이용자가 프로젝트 공유를 시작하거나 초대 링크로 참여한 때부터, 해당 공유 프로젝트에 한해 아래 정보가 서버에 저장됩니다.

구매 확인은 RevenueCat, Inc.에 위탁합니다(아래 4항). 결제 수단 정보는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며, 본 앱은 카드번호 등에 접근할 수 없습니다.

수집하지 않는 것: 계정·비밀번호, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 이름(실명), 위치 정보, 연락처, 사진, 기기 고유 식별자, 광고 식별자, 사용 기록·분석 데이터.

공유하지 않은 데이터는 전송되지 않습니다. 다른 프로젝트의 일정, 프로젝트에 속하지 않은 항목, 하루 리뷰, 알람 설정, 앱 설정값은 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

알람은 공유되지 않습니다. 알람은 각자의 기기에서만 동작하며 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.

3. 기기 안에만 남는 기록

앱은 이용자가 할 일을 완료한 시각, 상위 목표를 하위 기간으로 쪼갠 이력, 다음 기간으로 넘긴 이력, 일정을 뒤로 민 이력을 기기 내부에 기록합니다. 앞으로 더 잘 맞는 일정 제안을 만들기 위한 재료입니다.

이 기록은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 서버로 전송되지 않으며 공유 프로젝트에도 포함되지 않습니다.
항목의 제목이나 메모는 기록하지 않습니다. 어떤 항목이었는지를 가리키는 내부 식별자만 남으므로, 항목을 삭제하면 통계에서도 사라집니다.
화면 이동이나 앱 사용 패턴은 기록하지 않습니다.
최근 180일치만 보관하며, 그보다 오래된 기록은 앱을 열 때 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

3-1. 백업 (직접 저장 · iCloud 자동 백업)

앱은 이용자가 원할 때 일정·할 일·프로젝트·하루 회고·실행 기록을 파일 하나로 저장할 수 있게 합니다.

직접 내보내기·되돌리기는 무료이며, 파일이 어디로 가는지는 이용자가 정합니다. 앱은 파일을 만들어 공유 시트에 넘길 뿐입니다.
iCloud 자동 백업(플랜플 프로)은 켠 경우에만 동작합니다. 하루 한 번 이용자 본인의 iCloud Drive에 저장하고 최근 7개만 남깁니다. 이 파일은 애플의 iCloud에 이용자 계정으로 저장되며, 저희는 접근할 수 없습니다. 기본값은 꺼짐입니다.
백업 파일에 담기지 않는 것: 공유 공간의 참여 자격증명(회원 토큰), 공간 식별자, 다른 참여자의 이름과 참여 요청, 결제 상태. 공유 중인 프로젝트도 내용만 담기고 공유 연결은 끊긴 채 저장됩니다.

4. 광고 및 분석

본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 분석 도구(Analytics)나 추적 기술을 일절 사용하지 않습니다. 제3자 광고 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

공유 기능의 서버 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 이에 따라 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

이전 방법은 모두 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통한 전송이며, 보유 기간은 아래 5항과 같습니다.

RevenueCat에는 이름·이메일·연락처를 보내지 않습니다. 결제 수단 정보(카드번호 등)는 Apple·Google이 처리하며 본 앱과 RevenueCat 모두 접근할 수 없습니다.

이용자는 공유 기능과 유료 기능을 사용하지 않음으로써 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 그 두 가지를 제외한 앱의 모든 기능을 제한 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.

6. 보유 기간 및 파기

공유 프로젝트의 데이터는 공유를 유지하는 동안 보관합니다.
마지막 접속 후 12개월 이상 아무도 접속하지 않은 공유 공간은 서버에서 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
앱에서 프로젝트의 공유를 중단하면 그 기기의 연결이 끊어집니다. 서버에 있는 공유 공간 자체(함께 쓰던 사람의 것 포함)를 삭제하려면 아래 11항의 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제해 드립니다.
본 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터는 함께 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

열람·수정: 공유 프로젝트의 내 항목은 앱에서 직접 확인·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.
삭제 요청: 공유 공간의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
공유는 언제든 중단할 수 있습니다.

8. 공유 공간의 성격 (중요)

공유 프로젝트는 초대 링크를 받고 방장의 승인을 얻은 사람만 참여할 수 있는 비공개 공간입니다. 다만 초대 링크를 가진 사람은 참여를 요청할 수 있으므로, 링크를 신뢰할 수 있는 사람에게만 전달해 주세요. 공유 공간에는 민감한 개인정보를 입력하지 않으실 것을 권장합니다.

10. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

Planple ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how your information is handled.

1. Summary

The App has no account registration and collects no information by default. Everything you enter — schedules, alarms, to-dos, and daily reviews — is stored only on your device.

There are two exceptions, and both only happen if you choose them:

Shared Projects — if you share a project, only the contents of that project pass through our server so the people you share with can see them.
Buying the paid feature — if you buy Planple Pro or tap restore, we contact a purchase-verification provider to confirm it.

If you use neither, the App contacts no server at all — not a single network request.

2. Information We Collect

2-1. If you use neither sharing nor the paid feature

We collect nothing. All data is stored in a local database on your device and is never transmitted. No one, including the developer, can access it.

2-2. If you use a Shared Project

From the moment you share a project or join one via an invite link, the following is stored on our server for that shared project only:

2-3. If you buy the paid feature (Planple Pro)

Purchase verification is handled by RevenueCat, Inc. (section 4). Payment details are handled by Apple or Google; this app never sees your card number.

We do not collect: accounts or passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, real names, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage/analytics data.

Data you have not shared is never transmitted. Schedules in other projects, items not in a project, daily reviews, alarm settings, and app preferences are never sent to the server.

Alarms are not shared. They run only on your own device and are never stored on the server.

3. Records that stay on your device

The app keeps a local record of when you complete a to-do, when you break a goal down into a shorter period, when you carry one over to the next period, and when you push events back. It exists so the app can suggest better times in future.

This record never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server and is not part of a shared project.
Titles and notes are not recorded. Only an internal reference to the item is kept, so deleting an item also removes it from these statistics.
Navigation and app-usage patterns are not recorded.
Only the last 180 days are kept; older entries are deleted automatically when the app opens.
Deleting the app deletes them too.

3-1. Backups (manual export and iCloud auto backup)

You can save your schedules, to-dos, projects, daily reviews and activity history to a single file whenever you want.

Manual export and restore are free, and you decide where the file goes. The app only creates the file and hands it to the share sheet.
iCloud auto backup (Planple Pro) runs only if you turn it on. It saves once a day to your own iCloud Drive and keeps the last 7 files. Those files are stored in Apple's iCloud under your account; we cannot access them. It is off by default.
What a backup never contains: shared-space membership credentials (member tokens), space identifiers, other participants' names or join requests, and purchase status. A shared project is saved with its contents only — the share link is dropped.

4. Advertising and Analytics

The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking technologies of any kind. No third-party advertising SDKs are included.

5. Processing and International Transfer

To operate the sharing feature we use the following processor, which involves transferring data outside your country:

All transfers happen over the network while you use the feature; retention is as described in section 5.

We never send your name, email, or contact details to RevenueCat. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google - neither this app nor RevenueCat can access them.

You can decline these transfers by not using sharing and not buying the paid feature; every other part of the App remains fully available.

6. Retention and Deletion

Shared project data is retained for as long as the project stays shared.
Shared spaces that no one has accessed for 12 months are deleted from the server automatically.
Turning off sharing in the App disconnects that device. To delete the shared space itself from the server (including the copy your co-participants see), contact us at the address in section 11 - we will delete it promptly.
Uninstalling the App permanently deletes the data stored on your device.

7. Your Rights

Access and correction: You can view, edit, and delete your own items in a shared project directly in the App.
Deletion requests: Contact us at the address below to have a shared space deleted.
You may stop sharing at any time.

8. About Shared Spaces (Important)

A shared project is a private space that requires both an invite link and the owner's approval to join. However, anyone holding the invite link can request to join, so share links only with people you trust. We recommend not entering sensitive personal information into shared spaces.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to This Policy

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
